Inside Our Shop

The Gallery at 1042 Cottonwood is open Monday-Friday 10-5:30 (closed during the noon hour). We have a few furniture pieces to view so you can see the quality of Terry’s work. We usually have a few lamps and cutting boards available for sale, too. This location is also where Terry does most of the furniture and mantel construction. Terry will be glad to meet you at the Gallery for a Saturday visit. Please call ahead to schedule a time.

Since 2001, we’ve continued to make custom Mesquite Furniture and appreciate all the past, present and future customers. Feel free to contact Terry or Susan anytime about your custom Mesquite Furniture idea.

Our Work

Texas Mesquite….once a reliable source of food and shelter for Native Americans of the southwest…. is used by Terry Lankford to create beautiful pieces of custom Mesquite furniture, lamps and custom fireplace mantels. Located in Abilene, Texas, Terry works diligently to achieve the finest crafted piece that each mesquite log has to offer. Mesquite is known for its rich auburn color, highly figured grain and character patterns that over time ages to a distinctive patina.
